Future Institute of Higher Training for Ladies (FIL), previously known as Future Centre for Ladies (FCL) is an institute that was established by educational experts in Jeddah in 1991. FIL is considered a pioneer for getting international licences for all its departments from specialized and esteemed colleges in Britain. FIL works in association with Inchbald School of Design, London, Mercator Language School, England, Bournemouth and Poole College, England and last but not least the International Education Development under the Industrial Chamber of Commerce and Industry for further education in Britain. FIL is licensed by the Ministry of Education in the Kingdome of Saudi Arabia, and currently under the supervision of the General Organization for Technical and Vocational Training (GOTEVT), this opted official certification which encouraged high school graduates and even university graduates to join the institute to prepare them to enter the world of business. FIL graduates have gone out to occupy high positions at major companies. Others have also started their own businesses and have become very successful at it. FIL aims at embittering the learning process through actual exposure to the theory learnt in class. FIL organizes visits to workshops as well as trips to major establishments in order to help students get a deeper understanding of the taught material. The policy of the management is also to have a cultural role to help elevate intellect through its monthly cultural seminars where it receives personalities keen on improving the education and empowerment of women.
